Coca-Cola Beverage Aisle Reinventions
Our team worked closely with Coca-Cola to develop beverage aisles of the future for multiple retailers in Canada and the US. The new systems completely revamped the look of the aisle and added a bold end cap (in both Digital and Static LED formats). Targeted illumination was added to draw customer’s attention while adding integrated communication to get customers to look at Coca-Cola products aspirationally.
Our retail expertise led us to design a system that could mount on top of the existing gondola architecture to minimize in-store interruption, streamline installation and keep cost down to ensure economic feasibility. We helped Coke run through every aspect of the project, from initial concepts through engineering, multiple prototypes, to final in-store installations.

A&W Restaurant Coke Zero Awareness POP System
Created POP elements that would combine into a system to build awareness for low-performing Coke Zero beverage offering. We researched and recommended communication at key points in the customer journey as they approach, enter, and find their seats in the store.
Our secondary strategy was built off the insight that both brand's core value messages aligned quite well - genuine, modern twist with a nod to an older time, and as healthier choices in categories that are generally not know for health conscious options.
Some days you really don't mind doing extensive "research" when building your conversion strategy over lunch, this was definitely one of those cases.
